Admissions Policy
Current
Students
Current students will have the opportunity to
re-apply for enrollment prior to open enrollment for new students.
Students will receive an enrollment package
that must be completed and returned along with an updated immunization record,
by a predetermined date.
Students that fail to meet the deadline will be
placed on the waiting list until a seat becomes available on a first come,
first served basis.
Once a student is offered a seat for enrollment
the parent will be notified via phone call or by mail.
Pre-K
and Kindergarten Students
Pre-registration round up is held for pre-k and
kindergarten students on the third Saturday in May of each school year.
Parents are required to fill out an enrollment
package for each student and include the following attachments:
Birth certificate
Social security card
Updated immunization record
Applications will not be processed until the
required documents are turned in with a completed enrollment packet.
If more students apply then the school can
accommodate, students will be placed on a waiting list until a seat becomes
available on a first come, first served basis.
Waiting list applications are held for one
school year. All waiting list applications will be shredded at the end of the
school year if a space does not become available. Parents are required to re-apply for the
following school year. Applications are
not carried over.
Parents are welcome to contact the main office at any time during the school year to inquire of the status of a student's application and/or position on the wait list. The office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

1st - 7th Grade Students
Open enrollment for 1st - 7th
grade students will be May 1st - July 1st.
1st -7th grade students
are required to have the following items
attached to their enrollment package:

Up dated immunization record

The number of new students enrolled will be
determined by the number of current students that re-apply.
